Terms and Conditions: December Whitening Voucher Offer
Offer Availability
This whitening offer can be purchased only during December 2025. Offer ends 19th December.
Voucher Purchase
A voucher must be purchased and paid for in full at the time of purchase. Payment confirms acceptance of these terms.
Non-Refundable & Non-Exchangeable
Once purchased, vouchers are non-refundable, unless due to exceptional circumstances (subject to the absolute discretion of the Practice)
Transferrable
Once purchased, vouchers can be used as a credit towards other dental treatment for the same patient

Period of Redemption
The whitening treatment must be started by booking an appointment anytime from 2 January 2026 until 30th January 2026.
After 30th January 2026, the voucher expires and cannot be redeemed. Normal fees with then apply after this date (£340), but the voucher can be allocated towards the cost of the whitening.
Eligibility & suitability
All patients must attend a pre-treatment assessment to confirm suitability for whitening. The fee for this will be £75.
If a patient is found unsuitable for whitening, the voucher value may be transferred to an alternative treatment recommended by the clinician, but it cannot be refunded. It may also be transferable to another patient, subject to the agreement pf the Practice.
Missed or Late Appointments
Failure to attend, arriving late, or cancelling with less than 48 hours notice may result in part or full forfeiture of the appointment at the practice’s discretion, as per Practice policy.
No refunds will be issued for missed appointments.
Practice Rights
Dentique Dentistry reserves the right to amend or withdraw this offer at any time during December, without affecting vouchers already purchased.
